Donington Park Farmhouse is a truly special countryside wedding and events venue with deep roots, hosting celebrations since the early 1980s and recognised as one of the original barn wedding venues in the UK. Set in scenic rural surroundings on the Derbyshire Leicestershire border, this beautifully restored eighteenth century venue combines authentic rustic charm with flexible, memorable spaces for both intimate ceremonies and lively receptions. You and your guests can exchange vows in character filled settings such as the historic Threshing Barn or the more intimate Hitching Room, before enjoying a wedding breakfast in the converted Pig Sties and dancing late into the evening beneath high timber beams.

With exclusive use of the venue, on‑site accommodation in charming bedrooms and experienced event support from the team, Donington Park Farmhouse is equally well suited for corporate events, parties and private celebrations offering a relaxed yet distinctive backdrop where every detail can be tailored to your vision. Civil ceremonies can be held in either the Hitching Room for up to 80 guests or The Threshing Barn for up to 150.  Catering for celebrations of all sizes, from small intimate gatherings to bustling parties of up to 300 guests.
